This home is equipped to have a maximum of 8 people

The Brown garbage bin is picked up on MONDAYS.

The Blue recycle bin is picked up on THURSDAYS.

Please place at the curbside by:

7:00 a.m. Monday & Thrusday mornings 

Please pull it back by 7:00 a.m. the next day

Both patio doors have security locks on them, please use them when you lock up  for the night or are leaving the home.

The doors & windows are alarmed.
  

The home is approximately 12 minutes from Walt Disney World

There is 24 hour a day shopping at Walmart and is approximately 8 minutes away

A Deposit of $300.00 is required at time of booking to hold the reservation which is non refundable.

The balance in full & a security deposit of  $300.00 is required 30 days before your arrival date or the reservation is cancelled (the security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days once the property is inspected that results with no damages).

The cost of the rental is  non refundable unless you have purchased cancellation insurance

Our home is equiped with air conditioning.

There are No pets are allowed in the home

Pool heat is available for a fee & must be arranged and paid for with your payment in full 30 days before your arrival.
